Hot Fusion U-tip hair extensions (AAA Grade) is a classic and globally recognised extension method that remains a very popular technology.

These products are clearance stock which means we have limited lengths and colours available. If you want to take advantage of this technology - explore our Premium Grade Hot Fusion U-tip hair extensions which come in all colours and are even more imperceptible in your natural hair. 

This method works by securing bundles of extension strands to your natural hair with keratin glue which is melted using a safe, hot fusion tool. Keratin is the second weapon for long-lasting extensions which can last for up to three months!

Hot Fusion U-Tip extensions allows for 360 degree movement of the hair so it acts just like your natural hair and can be styled without fuss. They are lightweight, comfortable to wear and sleep on, and are virtually undetectable.

Please note: Our Curly extensions have been permed intensely to achieve the curl pattern they take on, unfortunately, due to this chemical process, it does lower the quality of the hair. We do not recommend this grade for long term use in the hair.
Our A Grade & AAA Grade hair is only recommended for practice or one time use, we do not recommend this for long term use in the hair. Please purchase our Premium Grade for the best quality and longevity! You can treat them with deep conditioning products and serums but overall they will not last as long compared to a standard set.

These extensions can not be reused & They should be installed professionally.

Always and Never’s 

Always

•  Use a sulphate-free shampoo
•  Use alcohol-free hair products
•  Use a extensions friendly detangling brush
•  Avoid applying heat or styling tools to your roots and extension bonds.
•  Loosely braid or gather your hair into a pony at bedtime.
•  Use a heat protectant when styling your hair
•  Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing hair
•  Make sure your hair fresh washed and no product on before applied
  
  Never
  
• Brush wet hair. this will pull out the extensions
• Wash hair daily – use a dry shampoo if needed
• Use conditioner near roots and bonds
• Use coconut oil-based products on your extensions. Argan oil products are OK.
• Towel dry hair or pull at your extensions
• Dye or treat hair in the 24 hours before application.
• Dye or treat hair in the 48 hours after application.
• Tie your hair up in the week following application. Your hair and your roots need time to adjust to their new style. Pulling and tugging may damage your hair and extensions.
• Don't bleach or lighten the extensions
• Remember Remy hair extensions have already been through a chemical process, it is at your own risk if you decide to dye them as it may affect the quality of the hair
• Don't use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the extensions and you don't want that happening!
• Don't use shampoo designed for volume or for dyed hair.
• Don't wear your extensions when swimming.

How do you apply Hot Fusion U-Tip extensions?

Hot Fusion U-Tip hair extensions must be installed by a salon professional. We do not recommend attempting to install these extensions yourself as you run the risk of causing damage to both your hair and the product itself.

This method is applied by securing bundles of extension strands to your natural hair with keratin glue which is melted using a safe, hot fusion tool. Keratin is the second weapon for long-lasting extensions which can last for up to three months.

This method is not reusable, but it’s important to take good care of these extensions while in use.

Application takes between 2 - 4 hours to complete.
