Shipping

•   All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is successfully completed. We use Nz Post standard tracked service at your cost.

•   NZ Post parcels are normally delivered overnight if ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri. Our next-day delivery service is not available on Friday after 2pm, weekends and public holidays or for rural deliveries. For rural deliveries you should allow 3 working days.

•   If you require your delivery for a Saturday you can contact us and request this for an additional fee. The Saturday delivery service is not available for rural deliveries.

•   Any delivery date given by us will be only an estimate of the time we will try to meet, and we will not be liable for any costs, loss, damages, charges, or other expenses caused by late delivery.

•   If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately as it is much easier to find lost or missing parcels within a few days of sending them than several weeks later.
