- You will Learn advanced up-to-date skills in all four methods for application techniques, required to become a trusted professional in the industry.
- You will be required practically to complete a step-by-step process of Preparation, Application of all four methods, Colour matching followed by cutting and blending techniques. This will take most of the day.
- You will also learn about Aftercare/ Removals, Maintenance in this section.
- You will be required to take notes and prompted to ask questions throughout the day. No question is ever too small to ask, our theory session is very informal and relaxed.

Our training courses are done Instore OR online. Instore training is done at our Superior Hair Studio in Auckland City. If you opt for online, you will receive a link to our online training program in your email once your purchase has been confirmed. It is all done at your own pace! Why rush greatness?

Usually, a full day course is six hours long with a thirty minute lunch break. We try to schedule these courses from 10am - 4pm.

Our in-person training courses take place at our Auckland salon at 201 Symonds Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland, NZ 1010.

No, your training is completely dedicated to you. All in-store training is one-on-one so you can move at a pace that suits you, and you have access to the expertise of your trainer exclusively.

Full day training will include learning all methods of hair extension installation. All start up kits are included which will cover the necessities needed to master extensions. On the other hand, our hourly training option is concentrated to learning one or two methods and you will also need to purchase the start-up kit for each method separately.

Superior Hair recommends bringing along a human model to train on. This will give you a great understanding of hair placement and the hair extension installation process in the real world. However, we do also offer mannequin heads with 100% human hair if you are unable to provide a model.

We recommend about 3-4 hours per method. If you are wanting to learn more than two methods in a session, we recommend you explore the full day training course instead.
