Nano tip hair extensions are the next best thing and are an upgrade from traditional micro-bead I tips. 90% smaller than traditional micro-beads, Nano extensions can add length, body, and colour!
These extensions are attached with a silicone-lined bead that protects your natural hair. Clamping secures the extensions in place and the micro-bead becomes virtually invisible! No adhesive or heat is needed. Need to purchase your nano rings and loop needle?
These extensions can move 360 degrees so styling is super easy. Because of the tiny size of the nano beads, this product is ideal if you want to install extensions close to your face and hair-lines.
Nano tip hair extensions are suitable for all hair types from very fine to very thick and are undetectable in even the finest hair. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear and sleep on.
These hair extensions are available in two unique lengths, 18” and 22”, and over 30+ colours. They are reusable for up to three applications with proper care and maintenance. They should be installed professionally and last from 6 to 10 weeks before repositioning is needed.

Nano tip hair extensions are applied the same way as micro ring extensions but use a silicone lined nano ring which is a fraction of the size.
These are applied by threading a small section of your hair into the tiny bead along with the nano tip hair. The bead is then clamped shut to secure the extension and your natural hair.
This method utilises pressure to secure your extensions rather than adhesive or heat. This also means that removal does not involve chemicals.
To ensure your natural hair doesn’t tangle, nano extensions should be maintained in-salon every 5-8 weeks.
You can reuse these extensions as long as you take good care of them.
Professional installation usually takes around 1-3 hours.

180 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We are very happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 180 days of your product purchase provided that the product has not been opened, worn, or tampered. The seal should not be broken on the product packaging.
Please note: All clip in extensions, ponytail extensions, and halo extensions include a tester piece. This allows you to match the colour to your hair without opening the product package.
If you wish to return your product, make sure you return all pieces including the tester piece. If all pieces are not received, we will be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

If a product is unopened we can exchange or refund, however, any product tampered with will not be accepted as it goes against our hygiene policies.
Clearance stock are our products that have been discontinued. We strive to give the highest quality hair and sometimes decide not to continue certain ranges. For example, our curly extensions are discontinued because the quality was not up to our high standards due to having to undergo perming chemicals to achieve the curl they have. If you have any questions before purchasing, let us know so we can check accurately on stock and colour matches.
Clearance stock is discounted and is often the last of its stock. We do not accept any clearance stock back for refunds.
Once we receive your order, we usually reach out in 48-72 hours to get the issue sorted.
We recommend when sending a product back for an exchange/return to opt for tracked delivery so you can keep track of where your item is. If anything happens to your item on its way to us, the courier company is liable for this and we unfortunately will not be able to honour the exchange/return.
Sometimes you purchase an item that isn’t quite right, so we’ve made sure it’s easy to make an exchange. Ship back your current set of extensions and let us know what you'd like an exchange via e-mail or over the phone. We’ll get you set up with a new order docket. Please note that courier costs for returns are covered by the customer.
