We offer 180 days exchange and returns, provided that the hair extension seal has not been opened, and the product has not been tampered with. Once they have been opened, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.
Our Clip ins, Ponytails and Halo extension sets all come with a tester piece in the side compartment of the box. You can use this tester piece to determine if the colour is a good match. Please do not tamper with this tester piece, as it is a part of the full set. This includes straightening, curling, dyeing, cutting, washing etc. Tester pieces need to be shipped back with your extension set for refunds and exchanges.
Our streaks come in a 2 piece Pack and are 20 inches long.
It's simple! Section the part of your hair where you want the pop of colour to show, clip it up and easily attach your clip in to your hair. Once clipped in, cover it with your hair and you're ready to go!
If not attached properly, then yes. But, if you have installed it correctly with the right amount of hair, it should never come out!
Our hair extensions are made from Remy 100% human hair, so you can style them with hot tools as often as you would style your own hair. It is super important to always use a heat protector on both your extension and your natural hair to prevent damage.
Yes! All our hair extensions are made from high-quality human hair - meaning that
they can be dyed easily to match your natural hair perfectly. While you can dye
the extensions, we recommend avoiding any chemical treatments as the hair has
been processed and sterilised.
