In-stock orders placed before 2:00pm (GMT) on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. Please note that we are closed on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is marked as Pre-Order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before dispatch. If you need your order sooner, our team may be able to recommend an alternative colour or extension method that's currently in stock.

For custom branded and bulk orders, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production while we prepare your order. Larger bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the order size, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process and dispatch your order as soon as it's ready.
